 As a family based Finnish Spitz kennel, we are committed to preserving the breed's classic type, health and vibrant spirit. Each of my dogs have been screened through OFA for patella, heart and eyes. In addition to temperment testing for the breed, and Sprinters title holders. Our dogs are more than show partners - they're CKC champions and Grand Champions who still curl up on the couch, patrol our yard for squirrels, and visit our local pet store regularly.  Litters are whelped and raised in the heart of our home, and receive round the clock socialization, early neurological stimulation and plenty of cuddles. Giving them a confident, people oriented temperament that families love in this Canadian born "Barking Bird Dog."

We have owned, raised, trained and shown Finnish Spitz since 1977 when we got our first three from Joan Grant of Jayenn Kennels Reg'd.

Our main goal is to raise healthy Finnish Spitz with sound temperaments, and along the way we have produced multi group placing dogs in Canada and the U.S.  We only breed dogs with CKC and/or AKC championship titles and with OFA approved health test results.

Just as they live in our home as pets, we ensure that our pups, whether show or companion, also go to homes where they will be kept as much-loved pets.
